We were recently successful in helping obtain finance for a client to purchase a small business. The business had been trading for a number of years however the business had very little financial information. We worked with the client to ensure they knew what they were purchasing, and helped them prepare a Business Plan and Cash Flow that would assist in the application process. Both the Business Plan and Cash Flow was used by the Lender for servicing calculations (client’s ability to pay back the loan). We were also able to use the same Business Plan and Cash Flow to refinance their investment property and save them money on that loan as well.
The client is now working in their new business and saving money on their investment loan.
